stunning views but dining variety needs improvement

The overwater bungalow's direct access to the lagoon made for exceptional snorkeling right outside my door. I woke up to mesmerizing sunrises every morning, reflecting off the crystal-clear water. Also, the staff's attention to detail was truly impressive, with personal greetings that made me feel valued. The mountain view was breathtaking, adding to the heavenly atmosphere of the resort.

The dining options, while delicious, felt repetitive over my five-night stay.

Staff greeted me by name throughout my stay, which made it feel personal. Room service was excellent and prompt, making late-night snacks easy and convenient. The happy hour from 4 to 5 PM on the beach, featuring 2-for-1 drinks, added a nice touch. I loved the sunset bar’s sushi and fried rice—a must-try! However, some dining options lacked variety and consistently felt overpriced. For breakfast, the $65 spread offered limited choices that became repetitive. Additionally, I felt that the overall upkeep of the property showed signs of its age, needing attention in certain areas—a bit disappointing given the price. Some loud music invaded peaceful moments by the pool, distracting from the otherwise serene environment. The complimentary golf cart rides were a nice service when navigating to distant areas of the resort.

Amazing experience in paradise

We visited for our honeymoon and it was unforgettable! The snorkeling trip was the highlight, swimming with rays and sharks was epic. The breakfasts on the deck were nice, but options were kinda repetitive after a few days. The staff was super friendly, just wish there were more local dish options.

Additionally, the ambiance suffers when loud music from the pool area interrupts the peaceful vibe, making it hard to fully relax.

Our group vacation was fantastic! We loved the guided snorkeling tour of the lagoon sanctuary led by a WiseOceans marine biologist. The yoga sessions were a perfect way to start our days. The staff was super friendly, and the meals at the restaurants were memorable. I highly recommend trying the jet ski island tour—it was amazing!

The over water bungalow was spacious and had a plunge pool which was fantastic for the kids. They enjoyed jumping off the dock and swimming with the colorful fish it was a real treat for the whole family.

It wasn't inexpensive but worth it for the experience.
